Former State Representative Cheri Jahn (D-Jefferson)
Representative Cheri Jahn represented House District 24 and served as Speaker Pro Tempore, Chair of the House Services Committee and a member of the Business Affairs & Labor Committee, the Judiciary Committee, and the State Veterans & Military Affairs Committee.
Rep. Jahn prides herself on working hard to represent citizens regardless of party affiliation. She has been a vigorous advocate for our families, has fought to protect consumer rights, has been an advocate for our neighborhoods and has defended the elderly and the vulnerable.
Rep. Jahn volunteers for a local high school's accountability committee and also devotes her time to the Victim Advocates Services of several police departments to help crime victims, often responding to calls in the middle of the night. She is dedicated to standing up for the needs of our most vulnerable citizens, including nursing home residents and the mentally ill.
Rep. Jahn received a Paralegal Degree from the Community College of Denver, owns a small business, and is a single mother of three.
